This is Dingus first new album in three years but I never even heard of them before. I probably never heard of them because they hail from North Dakota. The band plays melodic punk rock and when I started to listen to the Dingus, bands like Lagwagon and Pulley came to mind.

The band sounds good when they play straight up pop punk that doesn’t go too long. There are parts in some songs where they slow things down and do these weird breakdowns; it almost ruins the songs that way. If they cut that stuff out of them, the songs would be okay. This isn’t bad though.

Bottom Line: Decent pop punk band that needs to make the songs less complex & shorter.
