This trio from Ohio plays driven, yet dark, garage rock with lapsteel guitar. They’re bluesy in a dirty-ass rock way, and they’ve got a nice rockabilly flavor. Yet it’s not GTO-cruisin’ music – the vocals are low and gnarled, the guitars tuned down with big 70s doom riffs. They’re like a cross between the Rolling Stones, Boxcar Satan, and Sisters of Mercy.

And… (gasp!) they’re good. I even shook my own dirty ass a bit.

Bottom Line: Great, bluesy, big riff garage rock.
