Elizabeth, New Jersey’s E.Town Concrete are here with their long awaited new release “The Renaissance,” in which they blend hip hop, metal, and hardcore. Emerging as one of the most popular in the New York/New Jersey hardcore, 7 years later they are still going at it. Though, I prefer their first full length “Time 2 Shine,” as one of my favorite hardcore albums, “The Renaissance” has some good songs. The song “Battle Lines” features Jamey Jasta of Hatebreed for instance. You may have heard their first track “Mandibles” on the radio in NYC or NJ because of their local roots, and deep fan base in the area. I recommend checking out E.Town on tour because that’s where you get the best experience with their music.

Bottom Line: Hard Rock band with various styles including Hip Hop, and Hardcore, put out a great heavy album that
