Gotta love the Simpsons references. Evergreen Terrace is a melodic HC band and this CD is all covers. I think the title is a great name for the Cd because you’re not writing new music basically. They cover some of their favorite tunes over the past 20 years like from bands: Smashing Pumpkins, Sponge, Tears For Fears, Op Ivy, Offspring, U2, and NOFX. Personally, Their cover for Sponge’s “Plowed” is their best song on the album. I just love the original and thought they did an excellent covering it. This is ET’s third full length CD and I’m sure they’ll keep getting better and better with each CD they release. Maybe they’ll even cure their Writer’s Block. Fans of cover songs will want to buy this CD.
