Not to be confused with Heart Attack, the early NYHC band or Young Heart Attack, the high-energy rock band, The Heart Attacks are an LA-style glam-punk band. They’re upbeat and melodic, but so pathetically cocky and glam, it’s obvious they’re trying way too hard. It’s blatant and laughable. There’s very little sincerity about them, other than the hope to be confused with Poison. And not for nothing, but this music was a lot better 20 years ago.

Lame.
