I liked the movie but I love the soundtrack. It’s such a great movie score. The composers who did the score for this movie also did Antz I believe. Some of the themes are similar to “The Great Escape” Elmer Bernstein and other ones. “The Main Title” is a good theme because it keeps showing up in all the songs and it sticks in your head after awhile. The songs have a very heroic theme to it and I like that. The best track on here far is number 16 “Building The Crate.” That song is so great and I can listen to it over and over again. It’s very fast and gives you the feeling that they are making something. I also like the short theme to “The Rats,” because when the theme reappears in other songs, you know there’s a scene with the two Rats. I think this movie score caught me surprise and it could be one of the best scores of the summer, I think after Gladiator and The Patriot. But it’s definitely worth getting if you liked the movie.
