Klaus Badelt’s second solo project. His first was for Time Machine and I thought he did a decent job with that. Klaus is a Media Venture composer. He has worked with Hans Zimmer a lot as well. Which brings up the point that this score sounds too much like something Hans Zimmer would do. Especially the track “Suite For Orchestra And Chorus In G Minor III War Allegro.” Very Gladiator like the score is, but then again Zimmer took stuff from Holst: Planets. I haven’t seen the movie so I can’t tell you how well it works on screen. If you like Hans Zimmer scores, then you’ll probably like this too.

Bottom Line: Depends if you like Media Venture composers or you’re more of a fan of classical composers.
