“Set Sail The Prairie” should also be known as “The Emo Calendar Album”. I really don’t know what the deal is with the song titles. It’s probably some stupid concept album thing that they have going on here.

What I do know is that this album is boring as hell. The band tries to mix it up on a couple of songs with some down-tuned guitars but it really comes off like a bunch of emo kids trying to impress some 14 year old metalhead girls with their mastery of many genres of music because they can tune their guitars down real low in order to sound like Korn.

Some of the music is ok at times but the vocals wear on you after the first couple of notes and the songs trial off into outer space most of the times. This band should sign to Fueled By Ramen immediately.

Bottom Line: (YAWN) Booooorrrrrrrrring.
