The fast pace gives this Delta/swamp blues music a rockabilly, even garagey, feel, but that’s about the most interesting thing I can say about it.

Repetitive slide guitar and simplistic drumming make the album a 45-minute chore, while exaggerated froggy vocals (“Ah, ah hey nowww ah baaaaaaby!”) add a healthy wallop of retardation.

I like the sound of a slide guitar, but after hearing the same riff for nearly an hour and coupled with terrible vocal work and lyrics, I’d be happy if I never heard it again. Epic fail.
