Another Live in a Dive Cd and I love how Fat Wreck keeps putting these discs out. Still with the comic book too! This was recorded live at the House of Blues in Hollywood. Believe it or not, I haven’t listened to Lagwagon too much. They never really appealed to me because it was too whiny for me. Still feel that way, but hearing the band live makes them less whiny I suppose. I know that “Alien 8” is one of their popular songs because it’s always on compilations. I’ll be honest, The band sounds great live so maybe i’ll have to give the studio albums a listen. With other Live CDs from Fat Wreck, there is video footage to watch of a song or two. Lagwagon’s “Live in a Dive” CD is great and it’s essential for any Lagwagon/pop punk fan. Maybe I won’t be so hard on them and actually listen to Lagwagon now..
