Another awesome Cd from these Punk Rock Cover kings. This time around they’re covering 60’s and 70’s song. Last time they did show tunes, and I didn’t like that too much since I hate show tunes. They cover songs from Bob Dylan, Beach Boys, Cat Stevens, The Turtles, Del Shannon, and The Beatles. For Sloop John B, they start playing a Ramones song and go right into the Beach Boy cover. They tend to do this in a lot of the songs. I wouldn’t think these songs would be good to cover but Me First makes them sound good. For “Elenor,” they play the riff or whatever for The Clash’s “London Calling.” Other great songs that they covered are “Runaway,” “All My Lovin’,” and “Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow.” I definitely like this one better than the show tunes one but I still like their first Cd the most. But this Cd still rocks!
