Both bands have a horrorpunk thing going, and both do it pretty well. Mercy Killers are AFI-ish and more polished, but don’t hold it against them. Enemy Rose have snottier vox and a midtempo punk n’ roll accompaniment.

Maybe it’s because I’m drunk, but I liked both bands a lot and I felt the power of Punk roar through me like a.. umm… I can’t quite finish this metaphor because of the drinking, but rest assured these two bands are pretty good and I enjoyed this split. Also, Rush rules.

Bottom Line: I’m drunk…. wheeee!
