Second record on Victory, this ChristianSan Diego Hardcore band brings another heavy hitter. Metalcore is the best description of this hardcore band, with vocals that are grunty and the typical fast paced riffs, with the usual break down. I never got the Christian Hardcore thing either. You are screaming your brains out, and preaching at the same time. Kind of hypocritical don’t you think? Nevertheless, NIV is a pretty rockin’ band. I just try not to listen to the lyrics. Hey, you God lovers, you might like this.
