Press sheet says they were born in 1997. They don’t seem that young? Oh wait, they meant the band was born then. OOOHHHH. Anyway, Pistol Grip plays street punk with antireligious, political songs. Ya know, typical street punk stuff but that doesn’t bother me. The band also brings an rock n roll sound to their music as well. The vocalist sounds familiar to some other punk singer, but I can’t put my finger on it. Maybe it’s the style of the recording of his voice that’s making me think of someone else. I didn’t know what to expect from Pistol Grip but I ending up liking what I heard.

Bottom Line: Street punk rock n roll, is that a sub genre or what?
