Okay, this celtic-punk thing is getting out of control. But even though I hate trends, and bagpipes cut through my skull, I have to admit that I REALLY like the Real McKenzies. They’re able to pull off the Scottish drinking songs-street punk-bagpipe folk music hybrid and do it brilliantly. Just about every song kicks serious kilt-wearing ass. High energy, full-throttle, and damnably catchy. So quit yanking on your haggis and check out the dropkicking, flogging, filthy, thieving, Real McKenzies!
