70s rock n roll has been around for 30-35 years already, and yet today’s bands still can’t succeed when they try to emulate it. Mardo, Camarosmith, these guys… all with the slightly bluesy riffing and dark, sludgy production, and it just simply doesn’t rock. I dunno, maybe they should start with 50s rock and go from there.
