Ruins have been around for 20 years, producing useless music that nobody likes. A Japanese percussion-vocals duo, they play stop-and-go weirdness with silly vocals that brings to mind bad Frank Zappa and worse Fantomas. They sound like two insane asylum residents, one with a snare drum and the other trying to sing opera. And it all sounds the same. I can’t imagine anyone wanting to listen to this, except to maybe piss off the neighbors or give yourself mental retardation.
