Sophomore effort from the “psycho-ska” band from CT. They have undergone some lineup changes including a new singer. I like their “new look.” This cd starts out with a soundclip from what I believe to be Trainspotting, but I could be wrong. I like when bands include sound bytes on their records because it makes it more interesting than just the plain stuff. Anyways, the first song is called “Family Fun Four Pack.” I really like it’s fast and upbeat tempo they give to the beginning of the album. It continues with “Sideshow,” which was previously recorded for Skarmaggedon 3. The fast and upbeat tempo continues throughout the album with the next track “Hellspawn.” This album has songs like “Necromance,” which is what they call at shows “about fucking dead people.” Well that’s exactly what it’s about. They bring that sick humor to the subject of sex and death which makes the song very funny. They also have good songs like “Twenty Seven Sense,” “Dirt Bike Kid,” and “Family Times.” Overall this cd is awesome but it’s too short. There’s only 8 songs on it which is the only downside of it. Other than that it’s great! Go out and get it if you want to skank your ass off. A
