I really enjoyed this stuff. Took a bit of adjusting to at first, but it quickly grew on me. They’re a combination of beachy, dirty, bitter, and catchy. Think “Add It Up” by the Violent Femmes meets “Rock Lobster” by the B-52’s. “Waves” is an amazing track. Spanish guitars plus shaky vocals and lyrics about love gone wrong… *sigh*
