It’s hard to imagine that a band named Sonic Bliss could be bad, but, sadly, they do not achieve aural nirvana. As you can imagine, this is unironic hair metal, complete with lighter-waving rock ballads. VERY occasionally they channel a little Queensryche, which is righteous. Otherwise, it’s music that makes me yearn for my old White Lion tapes… so I could burn them.
That said, I could totally see these guys becoming huge on Long Island if they solely covered Journey songs.
