This is an EP covering songs from 1969. 69 Dude!! Anyway, They cover stuff from Jackson 5, Bob Marley, The Beatles, and Credence Clearwater Revival and other stuff. The album starts off with Jackson 5’s “I Want You Back” and the singer sounds like a sissy so he’s doing a great impression of Michael Jackson, haha. The next song is “Helplessly Hoping” and I think that’s a Crobsy, Still, and Nash song. But that one sounds better than the first track. They do a decent cover of Marley’s “Natural Mystic.” I think their best cover on this album is CCR’s “Bad Moon Rising.” There’s some other covers on here that sound just as good as the other ones so if you like cover Cds, then give this Cd from Steel Train a listen.

Bottom Line: If cover albums are you thing.
Notable Tracks: “Helplessly Hoping” “Natural Mystic”
