After ska calmed down back in the 60s in Jamaica, a new kind of music was forming and that was rocksteady. The Tennors were part of that musical era and they played with many members of other bands like The Skatalites, The Wailers and so on. The CD starts out with a nice smooth song called “Ride Du Donkey.” There’s a lot of songs that are very good and that I like. Some of the songs are “Weather Report,” “Another Scorcher,” “Good News,” and “Pressire and Slide,” (Which I think this song was the biggest hit of year in 1967) Overall, I really enjoy listening to this CD and I suggest you pick it up very soon.
