I’m glad to see Victory Records branch off and do another label that isn’t set on one type of genre. This compilation is Victory World’s first record that features musical artists and bands from Trinidad and Tobago. The first track is one I don’t want to hear. I think most of us agree they don’t want to hear the song “Who Let the Dogs Out,” even if it’s a different band or if it’s the original. I liked the second track “Sticks and Stones” though General Grant. I feel like break dancing’ or jumpin’ up and down when listening to some of these songs. What? You don’t think I can dance!!! Anyway, I enjoyed other songs on this compilation like “Las Carnival” 3 Canal and “Hot Hot Hot” Vybe. This comp. is pretty good, with a few tracks that I didn’t like. If you listen to fast Caribbean music, like Mighty Sparrow than you’ll love this.
