This is volume 8, and contains 31 songs over 2 discs and includes such bands like Distillers, Rancid, Bouncing Souls, Dropkick Murphys, Motion City Soundtrack, Tiger Army, and a shitload more. I was happy to hear a new song from Bouncing Souls on here. I can’t wait to hear their new album. One song that stands out, literally is Epitaph’s newest signing, Sage Francis. I never heard of him but he sounds like a good underground MC. I liked his track some of them bands on here, probably because I don’t like the kind of style they play. Maybe i’m more old fashion and don’t like where some of these bands are heading to. Like this garage, indie rock type of sound. I think it’s too generic already and everybody is trying to be like the other band. If you like Epitaph’s latest lineup than you will want to get this giant compilation and check out some of the bands.
