Happy New Year! It’s the first DVD/Blu-Ray Tuesday Roundup of the year! Some of the releases coming out today include: Chuck: The Complete Second Season, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, and the 10th anniversary DVD for 10 Things I Hate About You. Each week I’ll list the latest DVD/Blu-Ray releases and point out the ones worth buying. I can’t review everything I get so this serves as a nice guide for what’s coming out each week. Plus, it’s just fun making fun of movies and TV shows!
Here are the DVD/Blu-Ray releases of the week:
Chuck seems like an okay, guilty pleasure type of show. I just don’t have the room to watch another show but maybe I’ll check them out on DVD one of these days.
I don’t know how Mormons can tolerate more than one wife.
This animated movie looked cute and I’ll probably check this out this week.
This looked hilarious, and I don’t think it’s meant to be. I’m surprised they even made 1 sequel after the original movie. How many sequels do they have now, like 7?
I prefer Catherine Belle when she’s getting nailed in Skin-a-max series.
I have this DVD to review but haven’t had the time to check it out yet. It looks okay, can’t believe it’s been 10 years already that this movie was released. Time flies.
Is this the stupid version of the Superfriends, with the Scooby Doo rip-off? I’ll stick to the better versions that don’t have them in it. Meanwhile, at the Hall of Justice…
My least favorite of Hef’s former girlfriends but I prefer Kendra over his current girlfriends.
Excellent show that makes you want to escape to Miami…and to become a spy too!
James Purefoy was awesome in Rome, maybe this series is good too?
Never seen an episode of Battlestar Galactica, but judging by the show’s DVD covers…I wouldn’t mind watching Tricia Helfer for a few seasons.
The first movie was ok, the sequel was just pushing it.
The best ghost hunting series out there.
I saw one or two episodes of the Trailer Park Boys and couldn’t tell if it was a comedy or drama. Either way I hated it.
Arnold vs. Satan!
Heard great things about this remake of Dawn of the Dead. Doesn’t mean I’m going to see it though. Zombieland is my zombie threshold.
Every week, there’s a Girls Gone Wild DVD being released. But then again, I don’t think they will ever run out of skanks and whores wanting to flash their fun bags for the camera.
