It’s Tuesday, September 21st and time is flying by it seems. Where did the Summer go? Anyway, it’s time for the DVD/Blu-Ray Tuesday Roundup! Some of the DVD and Blu-Ray releases coming out today include: Modern Family Season 1, Castle Season 2, Robin Hood, Community: The Complete First Season, How I Met Your Mother: Season Five, Spartacus: Blood and Sand – The Complete First Season, Desperate Housewives: The Complete Sixth Season, some Tinker Bell movie, Bored to Death: The Complete First Season and more! Each week I’ll list the latest DVD/Blu-Ray releases and point out the ones worth buying. I can’t review everything I get so this serves as a nice guide for what’s coming out each week. Plus, it’s just fun making fun of movies and TV shows!
Here are the DVD/Blu-Ray releases of the week:
Best comedy series on TV right now. *Shut up Joe*
Great show! Read my review here.
A bit disappointing. The best thing about the movie is Great Big Sea’ Alan Doyle. The romance between Russell Crowe and Marian is forced and rushed, the origin story gets bonged down and there’s not enough robbing from the rich, or barely any. Ridley Scott and co. could have done a lot better!
There are too many Tinker Bell spin-off movies.
This show is trying to compete with True Blood and Tudors for the most sex scenes in a TV series I think.
I got nothing, go watch this I guess?
The show had its moment including that sexy scene with Julie Benz and Dana Delany. HOT! Don’t know what I’m talking about, YouTube it.
Funny season except Julianne Moore’s Boston accent. That was cringe-worthy.
Started watching the season but bailed in favor of Flash Forward. Obviously I was wrong in that department. I’ll give this show another chance sometime.
I always liked this quote: “I’m looking for the least possible amount of responsibility”
This seems too over the top and surprised it got picked for another season.
Seems too weird and not really a fan of Jason Schwartzman or Zach Galifianakis
Underrated action movie. I definitely have to watch this one at least once a year.
Love watching this show on the weekends.
Put a bullet in your brain if you like this shit.
