This movie was originally going to come out in August but Harold Ramis said he didn’t think it would be a great turnout then. So now it was pushed back to October.
I saw it on opening day and people talked during the movie and they ruined it for me. The movie itself was okay. It could have been a lot funnier and they could have done a lot more to the 7 wishes. Let me say now that Elizabeth Hurley was absolutely stunning in this movie. One minute she’s in a nice small bikini, the next minute she’s in a catholic school girl uniform. yum yum gimme some! There was a couple of really funny scenes but again, it could have been a lot better. Maybe if they didn’t show so much of that one drug dealer one in the trailers so many damn times this could have been funnier.
One thing I liked about this movie was the creative way they did the credits in the beginning of the film. I liked how they dressed up Brendan Fraser so you couldn’t even tell it was him in some of the scenes. I think Bedazzled is good to see at a discount theater or on a rainy day when there’s nothing else out. I think Harold Ramis could have done better with this remake.
Favorite Scenes: I liked a couple of the wish scenes, the drug dealer one, “rich, smart, and
