Another movie I wasn’t planning on seeing but did anyway. I’m glad I did. The first trailer showed way too much of the movie, and I think they realized what they did because they didn’t show a certain scene afterwards.
I hate when trailers do that. But the trailer intrigued me because it looked like a cool heist movie with a very cool cast. The movie is a remake I believe, and the big thing about it was the Minis they had in it, and this one they are featured in it as well, like it’s a Mini-Cooper promotional video or something. This movie is about a heist that took place in Italy, and the plan was perfect, until one of the members backstabbed them and took the gold himself. And now they want to get him back. Yeah I heard this plotline a lot too.
Ed Norton should know about this since he was the backstabber in the Score as well haha. And apparently he tried to get out of making this movie but he stuck in there because of the contact. That or he got threaten or something. This movie is exactly what people need during the summer: cool characters including a hot ass female one, car chases, funny jokes, and awesome tiny cars! I especially liked the joke involving Seth Green’s character. You have to see it to get it. Even though this movie is very predictable, it’s still fun to watch and it’s highly entertaining. So go see this, and I want a mini damn it!
