Larry and His Flask just got done touring all throughout Europe and various cities in the US and about to go out again. This time they will be joining Murder By Death and Rev. Horton Heat out West, the Mid-West and the South. Sorry, no East Coast. Well technically Florida is on the East Coast but whatever.
Oregon barn-burners Larry and His Flask are set to take their raucous, high-octane show all over the US this fall, starting with Asheville, NC next week followed by Tennessee’s Muddy Roots Festival, then onto a full US tour in September with Murder By Death. October sees them headlining across the Midwest and Southeast on their way to The Fest in Gainesville, FL before heading West and supporting Rev. Horton Heat for a series of shows in Northern California (all tour dates below).
These Americana-rock phenoms recently released their sophomore album By the Lamplight in the US via Cascadian Records with distribution by Silver Sprocket Records and throughout the rest of the world via Xtra Mile Recordings. Impressive multi-instrumentalists, Larry and His Flask have honed their raucous and soulful signature sound to near perfection, complete with five-part harmonies. The New York Times described The Flask as “uncommonly joyous, sure, but also deviously astute”, while Paste declared “get your feet ready for some stomping”!
Larry and His Flask have been playing together for over 10 years, touring non-stop across the globe with their incredibly dynamic, roof-raising live shows. In addition to Muddy Roots Festival and The Fest, the band’s Fall run of dates also sees them playing festivals including Musicfest NW (Portland, OR), Shindig Music Festival (Baltimore), the Bend (OR) Fall Festival, Pygmalion Music Festival (Champaign, IL) and the MidPoint Music Festival (Cincinnati, OH).
