Yet another band is having US immigration problems. New Model Army had to postpone shows in NYC and Philly next weekend and more might be postponed if the visas aren’t granted. Here’s what New Model Army had to say on their MySpace page:
“Hello Everyone
I am sorry to say that due to ‘complications’ with US Immigration, and despite an application that was made in April, our visas have yet to be granted and we have been forced to postpone the following dates:
Philadelphia – North Star Bar, September 5th
New York City – Mercury Lounge, September 6th
We are trying to re-arrange these dates for the end of the tour and I will post news as and when I get it.
Please try to let as many people as you can know who might be traveling for the show, and I can only apologize to those of you who have already made your travel plans, as we have.
