Southern-California rockers SAOSIN haven’t slowed down since the September release of their debut CD on Capitol Records and their successful run on the Rockstar Taste of Chaos Tour 07. As the word continues to spread about the band’s unforgettable live show, they are gearing up to hit the road for a string of summer dates with Receiving End of Sirens and Poison the Well which kicks off June 29, followed by a highly coveted spot on the Projekt Revolution 2007 tour.
The Projekt Revolution will kick off on July 25th and the last stop will be on September 3 in Denver at the Coors Amphitheatre. Fans can expect to see Linkin Park, My Chemical Romance, Taking Back Sunday, HIM, Placebo and Julien-K on the Main Stage and Mindless Self Indulgence, Saosin, The Bled, Styles of Beyond and Madina Lake on the Revolution Stage. Projekt Revolution is a unique tour experience that merges a variety of music styles personally selected by the Linkin Park. Projekt Revolution and Music For Relief have been working hard at making the tour an environmentally conscious effort. Besides it being a “Green” tour Projekt Revolution and Music for Relief will be donating $1 from each ticket to give to American Forests for their Global ReLeaf program to plant trees to help reduce global temperatures.
Saosin is currently on a trek through Europe playing large festivals as well as headlining club dates, the band has been met by legions of fans at every stop. Garnering even more attention, Saosin hit the European airwaves playing XFM radio in London, Kerrang Radio in Birmingham and a Radio One session in the UK. They will end their European takeover on June 8 when they play the now world famous Download Festival.

Following the success of the single and video for the track “Voices,” while in Sweden the band shot a video for second single “You’re Not Alone” with the grammy-nominated team of directors at Popcore Films (underoath, From First To Last, Norma Jean). Look for the video to premiere on Myspace this summer.
