These lovely songs hit the mark somewhere between the narcotic haunting indie of Galaxie 500 and (at times) the soft bubbly pop of Over The Rhine.
Singer/songwriter and guitarist Amy Annelle is absolutely perfect with her soft singing (almost whispering at places) and sparse poetic lyrics. The music maintains a perfect balance between melody, dissonance, and space that draws you in immediately.
