The Levellers are giving away a few free downloads this month. The first track is a live version of “Before the End” taken from their Royal Albert Hall show in London last year. The other track is not from the Levellers, but from ska/reggae band Pama International. Pama International is currently on tour with the Levs and Hobo Jones & The Junkyard Dogs.

Jon Sevink of the Levellers spoke about the downloads and new album on their newsletter:

We’re giving away a couple of free downloads this month which you can get now – a live version of Before the End taken from our Royal Albert Hall show last year (I’m mixing more tracks right now, so keep checking the website….) and a track from Pama International who are on tour with us this month. We’ve been in the studio working hard on new material, and I’m looking to forward to getting on the road again in a couple of weeks. We’re all intrigued to see which songs come out on top in the voting (the band is running a sweepstake!)– you can vote for songs you want us to play in the set on the next tour from here.
