MySpace Music is proud to offer an exclusive free download of a brand new version of Dashboard Confessional’s latest song Even Now. Just in time to celebrate Valentine’s Day, fans can listen to and download the love ballad for free from Dashboard Confessional’s official MySpace Music page (www.myspace.com/dashboardconfessional).

The song will be available for download at no cost through Valentine’s Day. Once downloaded, the MP3 will be saved on the user’s desktop and is completely DRM free thus allowing users to place the song on any music player. The original version of Even Now is featured on NCIS, the hit CBS series.

Led by singer-songwriter Chris Carrabba, Dashboard Confessional began in 2000 as a vehicle for the artist’s intimately personal acoustic-based songs. He recorded his first album, Swiss Army Romance, that same year, and followed it with his sophomore album, the Gold-selling The Place You Have Come to Fear The Most, in 2001. With three additional musicians joining Carrabba in 2002, Dashboard Confessional became a full band. A hugely popular appearance on MTV’s Unplugged and the release of their third album, the Platinum-selling A Mark, A Mission, A Brand, A Scar, cemented their stature as one of America’s most popular bands. In the summer of 2004, Dashboard Confessional’s song “Vindicated” was featured in the film Spider-Man 2 and on the film’s soundtrack album. The band reached further heights with the 2006 release of Dusk and Summer which contained the Top 40 hit “Stolen” and earned Dashboard Confessional their third straight gold record.
