Hopeless / Sub City Records ( www.hopelessrecords.com ) is proud to announce the track listing for the Take Action! Compilation volume 5. The album, available February 21, 2006, contains 45 tracks on two CD’s, including rare, unreleased, and album tracks from Lagwagon, Underoath, Hawthorn Heights, Sugarcult, Panic! At The Disco, Amber Pacific, Against Me! As I Lay Dying, and many more. The compilation also contains enhanced materials including mental health resources and information about the Youth America Hotline ( http://www.youthline.us )

Over the past 4 years Sub City Records and Take Action! have raised over $220,000 for the Kristin Brooks Hope Center.
