Chaotic musicianship, heavily chunky guitar riffs, and punk n’ roll vocals swirl together in a hurricane of feel-good noise-punk. I like that they maintain some semblance of structure and that the vocals aren’t screeching/spazzing/barfing out lyrics, but normal and punky. I always found noise is better appreciated when there’s logic to it, though admittedly that might defeat the point.

Anyway, as far as noise-punk goes, HYD are palatable so kudos to them. As far as music goes, I’d rather be listening to just about anything else.
