Gaelic Storm’s new song “The Night I Punched Russell Crowe” (from the new album What’s The Rumpus?), is making big news in Australia. Released as a single last week in Australia, the song and Galeic Storm were prominently featured in the country’s largest newspaper, the Herald Sun on June 12th (Read the article e2ma.net/userdata/4409/images/scaled_e1213648684.jpghere). Currently on tour down under, GS told the story to Alan Howe, one of the country’s most influential journalists, in Melbourne over a pint.

Believe it or not, the song is based on a true story that happened to Patrick Murphy!!
