Finally a punk band! I have been reviewing nothing but screamo and crappy metal bands all day so it’s a nice change to hear a punk band. Far From Finished are from Boston and have an awesome punk rock sound. If there is one band they sound like it is the Lawrence Arms. I was reading their bio and read that they almost died in a tragic van accident. They hit a deer and their van & trailer were flipped over a guardrail, and they slid down a hil. How does one survive something like that? Far from Finished are a bunch of lucky bastards that’s for sure!

This is FFF’s second album to date and I liked it from the start. The music is fast, it can be catchy at times and it’s just good old fashion punk rock! Check out their music on their Myspace page www.myspace.com/farfromfinished here.
