A light-hearted duo from Seattle, Los Femurs offer up immensely likable indie pop ditties. Lots of vocal harmonizing, hand clapping, and bubblegummy singalong fun. Reminds me of the Travoltas’ Party album with a little TMBG and Jonathan Richmond thrown in.

This CD includes 6 new tracks and 6 bonus tracks (their first EP, “Jack Cafferty V. Chuck Scarborough,” which is cute but not as well produced). This album, particularly the first 6 tracks, is a confection and put a dopey smile on my face.

Bottom Line: Indie pop the way it should be done.
