Bleak ballads from this melancholy songwriter who sounds a bit like Chris Isaak. I normally don’t like depressed crooners who aren’t named Tom Waits, but Sheehy has a very strong voice and the tunes are well-polished and succeeded in holding my interest which is always a challenge considering how easily I get restless. Okay, let’s move on.
