Fantastic mostly all-girl punk band. Bursting with energy, they straddle the fine line of being melodic and poppy without sugar-coating themselves, and hard-edged without being intimidating.

I don’t hear the 80s new wave influences that they supposedly have, but they do have a befittingly raw, garagey sound with group vocals and short, catchy tunes that pack a wallop. Check out the chant-along “Ten”, the totally rockin’ “#1 is Number 2” and “Don’t Say No”, and the insanely catchy “Pass The Flashlight” and “Channel X”, the latter two which feature Fred Schneider-like vocals that somehow work really well.
