Someone wishes they were Interpol. Is that someone Telephone? It sure is. And I’d probably like this a bunch if I liked Interpol. But I don’t. And these guys are super lame. They’re far wussier than any band aping Joy Division should be, despite the vocalist trying to sound like Ian Curtis. The songs aren’t very good, and the musicianship is adequate at best. Not worth your time unless you seriously really love Interpol and want to see how other bands try to play like them.

Bottom Line: Sucky Wannabe Interpol/Joy Division.
