I had the pleasure of seeing Jerry Fish perform with Sharon Shanon and Carol Keogh in Dublin, Ireland recently. I’ve never heard of Jerry Fish and the Mudbug Club before then but now i’m a huge fan! They performed the brilliant single “Back to Before” from their new album “The Beautiful Untrue” plus their old hit song “True Friends.” Since there’s no video for “Back to Before,” here’s the video for the song “True Friends.” Jerry Fish and the Mudbug Club sounds like a cross between Shane Macgowan, Tom Waits, DeVotchKa and Dean Martin.
