DreamWorks’ SHREK Debuts at 81st Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade
This Thanksgiving, DreamWorks Animation’s giant ogre flies in from Far Far Away and takes over Manhattan as Shrek makes his grand debut, flying high in the 81st Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday, November 22nd. Beginning at 9:00 a.m. ET, fans can watch as Shrek flies down the streets of New York City for the first time, delighting over 3.5 million spectators and more than 50 million television viewers nationwide. Shrek marks the start of the holiday season at the Parade and serves as Macy’s Official 2007 Holiday Ambassador. An exclusive Shrek holiday plush toy will be available beginning November 1st at all Macy’s stores nationwide and on macys.com.
