SPAOJ: Ok, i’m really considering flying over to London for a week because the Levellers playing the 16th or something around then, and then the Pogues 20th. I got to do it!

THE POGUES are set for their now customarily Christmas reunion.

The original line-up for the Irish band will reconvene for a third time this December for a six date tour.

A classic line-up featuring Philip Chevron, Darryl Hunt, Spider Stacy, Andrew Ranken, Terry Woods, James Fearnley and frontman Shane MacGowan will perform, while support comes from the Dropkick Murphys.

The band play the following dates:

Cardiff Arena (Dec 12)
Newcastle Arena (16)
Manchester Arena (17)
Birmingham NIA (18)
London Brixton Academy (20, 21)

Tickets go on sale at 9am on September 2.
