San Francisco, CA- On Friday October 5th AOL Music will premiere the new video for “Suffocating” from Geffen Records band, Sound The Alarm. Stay Inside (produced by Howard Benson), was released in July of this year.

“Suffocating” has been a hit at AOL Radio, debuting at #11 on their Radio Alt/Rock Chart, and was the “BIGGEST GAINER” in the track’s first week chart debut. “The listener response has been overwhelmingly positive” Pete Schiecke (AOL Radio)

Sound The Alarm band members, Cody Jancovic, bassist Collin Ellis, guitarists Brian Chiusano, Joe rule and drummer Rick Stephans hooked up with Little Red Robot Film’s (LRR) Directors Seth Shukovsky and Hasraf “HaZ” Dulull for the video. With a notable reputation of designing unique loveable 3D characters, Sound The Alarm and LRR came up with the concept of a fuzzy abstract 3D animated character wandering through the city of Manhattan.

Bringing the song’s meaning to life with the visual had to be done in just the right way. Says Colin, “When we wrote Suffocating’ there was uncertainty as to where we would be in the upcoming months. The pressure of graduation and going to college right away, or pursuing music, was overwhelming, and we were being pulled in all sorts of directions about what to do next.”
