The Proclaimers are returning with their 8th studio album, Notes & Rhymes set to be released September 8th in the United States. The guys performed at this year’s SXSW with a total of 7 showcases in 5 days. The 12-city U.S. tour will kick off on September 9th in Philadelphia, PA.
