Hey remember when these guys used to play in ska bands? Ah those were the days. Action Action features Mark from the old Long Island ska band Step Lively and the band The Reunion Show. Other members in the band were in Count the Stars and some other band I don’t know. I’ve never been a fan of Mark’s lispy singing and think he’s the poster boy for fad hopper. Every photo I see him in, he’s got a new hair style and it’s usually whatever fad is popular at the time. Now what do I think of this music? Well I think it’s crap. A bunch of electro-beats and melodic “dark” lyrics. So basically this band is trying to sound like the Depeche Mode and they don’t succeed at all. I can see how some people might like this group but I think the majority of people will agree with me that this isn’t very good. I couldn’t even stomach listening to this whole CD. Avoid this if you don’t know who these guys are.

Bottom Line: I didn’t like this album and you probably won’t either.
