Finally, something different! The album begins with a really kinetic, interesting industrial-dance/electro-clash sound, and after awhile, industrial vocals kick in, but they’re kept simmering below the music so as not to be too irritating.

The following songs are a little noisier, but have a cute retro-drum-machine quality that offsets any spazziness. In that sense, they’re more Polysics than Locust, but they do throw in some purely industrial jackhammer Einsturzende moments. What I like about Agape is that they’re not trying to be weird or scary – they’re just a very cool band with a cool sound.
