This duo plays simplistic garage rock with a thick, repetitive guitar sound. The male-female dual/trade-off vocals work pretty well, though they sometimes try to sound edgier than they are.

The music is solidly mediocre. I like the hi-octane drive of the songs, but the guitar sound gets boring after awhile and the vocal melodies aren’t catchy enough to overcome the lack of riffs. I did, however, really like “The Shakes,” which has a fuzzy-headed indie sound, honey-dipped female vocals, and an upbeat vibe.
